Overall Objective of the Job:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve company sales targets and business growth objectives. The role ensures the effective implementation of sales strategies, operational standards, and company policies while driving retail, fleet, and corporate sales performance. The Sales Manager oversees showroom operations, customer relationship management, sales pipeline governance, and overall team performance to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. The position also focuses on improving key business KPIs, enhancing the customer journey, developing team capabilities through coaching and training, and ensuring strong coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and After-Sales departments while maintaining and protecting the Toyota brand reputation.
