Bajger Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Sales Consultant
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region
• Perform all such duties on order to achieve the vehicles sales target for branch and overall.
• Achieve individual targets, goals and key performance indicator benchmarks.
• Sell the services and solutions that the company offers.
• Complete all paper work relating to a sale.
• Performing all reporting and adherence to the direct supervisor.
• Follow-up with customers, communicating with them on all enquiries (including Social Media).
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
• Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives
• Maintain and grow a strong client base.
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Follow all safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, office timings, procedures, dress-codes and behavioral standards.
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
• Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-3 years of pervious sales experience in auto industry preferably in Erbil/Iraq.
• Administration or sales assistant experience.
• Related job and internship experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Working well as part of a bigger sales team, also be able to deliver and work independently.
