Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transaction costs for van services and in-house service centers.
Process and log operational and administrative expenses.
Manage physical cash custody, safe keys, and daily disbursements.
Prepare daily financial reports for management.
Reconcile bank accounts and handle archiving of purchase, sales, and expense receipts.
Collect daily payments from field technicians and service center supervisors.
Manage dealer payments, procurement of spare parts, supplier onboarding, and contract compliance.
Audit material prices against receipts and track incoming/outgoing inventory levels.
